Yuzu, the once obscure but increasingly popular Japanese citrus is the uinmistakable focal point of these bitters but producer Yuki Yamazaki is able to coax more dimension out of this fruit then any previous version we've come across. Made from the fresh fruit grown by farmers in Tokushima Prefecture in Southern Japan, the heart of the best growing region for yuzu.
