Not far away from Elliott Bay, a bold new distillery was established in 2010 by two childhood friends: Master Distiller Matt Hoffman and CEO Emerson Lamb. They called it Westland Distillery and their Spirits embody the nature of the Pacific Northwest.
Nose: Nuts, smoldering moss, flamed orange peel, roasted plantains.
Palate: Campfire, iodine, roasted pistachios, green herbs.
